Our clinical protocol relies on a meticulous series of visual inspections and deep physical palpations across all intraoral soft tissues. We evaluate the lips, internal cheek lining margins, structural tongue borders, floor of the mouth, hard and soft palate architectures, back throat passages, and cervical lymph nodes in the neck. The entire assessment takes only a couple of unhurried minutes and produces zero pain or physical discomfort. Because early-stage lesions are completely painless and completely invisible to a patient checking in a mirror, clinical vigilance is vital.
