By gently holding the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep, it tightens the relaxed soft tissues and pulls the tongue base away from the back of the throat. This opens the airway space completely, preventing tissue vibration and ensuring quiet, unobstructed breathing loops.
Clinical Workflow Sequence

High-resolution digital impressions and bite registrations are captured. Your oral device is custom-milled in a professional laboratory to secure a precise fit.
The appliance is slowly adjusted over a few quick follow-up checks, moving the jaw forward incrementally until snoring sounds are safely eliminated.
Routine yearly follow-up visits evaluate appliance integrity, tooth stability, and joint comfort metrics, updating the device as your mouth changes over time.
